3. 1. Warranty Period

   From the date of receipt of the equipment, the entire unit is covered by a free warranty for [24 months] , and the core components(stator, rotor, motor shaft) are covered by a free warranty for [36 months].

    

   2. Coverage

   During the warranty period, for malfunctions such as failure to start, abnormal noise during operation, excessive temperature rise, and insulation failure caused by product design or manufacturing defects, free replacement service will be provided.

    

   Free technical support is also available, including:

   - Motor installation guidance

   - Customization of daily maintenance plans

   - Remote assistance for fault diagnosis (e.g., video-guided wiring, parameter debugging)

    

    3. Exclusions from Coverage

   - Damage caused by human operational errors (e.g., connecting to incorrect voltage, overload operation, unauthorized disassembly)

   - Damage caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes), accidental impact, and fire
